Day 1: Train Graveyard – Colchani – Salt Hotel – Incahuasi Island
Our tour begins with a visit to the Train Graveyard, where we can explore the old locomotives. Next, we head to the community of Colchani, the gateway to the Salar de Uyuni. Here, we will find rustic handicraft workshops and witness the traditional salt production process.
Continuing our expedition, we make stops to observe salt extraction, natural salt formations, and the famous Salt Hotel Playa Blanca, which now serves as a museum. Afterwards, we visit the iconic Incahuasi Island, situated in the middle of the salt flat. We can take a walk and admire the vast cactus fields, ancient sea rock fossils, and breathtaking 360° views from the viewpoint. Finally, we retire to our salt lodge to rest.

Day 2: Ollague Volcano Viewpoint – High-altitude Lagoons – Siloli Desert – Stone Tree – Red Lagoon
The day starts with breakfast at the salt lodge. We then proceed to the Ollague Volcano viewpoint, where we can appreciate the volcanic desert landscape and the unique high-Andean vegetation.
Next, we visit the Chiarkota Lagoon, Laguna Hedionda (named for its sulfuric odor), Onda Lagoon, and Ramaditas Lagoon, all of which are home to flamingos during their migratory movements. We enjoy a delicious lunch on the route.
Continuing our journey, we reach the Siloli Desert, where the famous Stone Tree stands. This peculiar rock formation is a sight to behold. Continuing on our journey, we arrive at the Polques Thermal Springs, known for their healing properties for arthritis. Here, you can enjoy a relaxing bath in the water, which has a temperature ranging from 25 to 32°C.
We then proceed to the Salvador Dalí Desert, named for its resemblance to the artist’s surrealist landscapes, offering stunning panoramic views.
Next, we visit the Green Lagoon, characterized by its intense mineral content that gives it a unique color. The lagoon is situated at the base of the Licancabur Volcano (5,916 meters above sea level).
Finally, we make stops at Villa Mar, Valle de las Rocas, the town of San Cristóbal, with its Stone Church, before concluding our tour in the town of Uyuni.

Continue to the Uyuni Salt Flats and visit salt water eyes, a hotel made entirely of salt (now a museum), flags from around the world (where you can contribute your own), and a Dakar racing monument.
Enjoy lunch near “Isla Incahuasi” (Fish Island) and take a hike to the top of the island to see giant cacti and rock formations made of petrified coral.
Have fun organizing your group for perspective-distorted photos on the blinding white surface of the salt flats. Get creative and capture some funny and memorable shots!
Spend the night at a hostel in Agencha. Please note that it is rainy season in Uyuni City.

DAY 3
Start the day with breakfast at 7:00 a.m. Visit the Chiguana Desert, Ollagüe lookout point, the rocky road called “El Pasito Tuntun,” and the famous Cañapa, Hedionda, and Chiarcota Lagoons where flamingos can be seen.

DAY 4
