On the first day, please arrive at the “Todo Turismo” office at 8:30 p.m. for check-in. The bus will depart at 9:00 p.m. On board the bus, you can enjoy a delicious dinner with both meat and vegetarian options. Day 2
You will arrive in Uyuni City at 7:30 a.m. We have an office conveniently located just one block away from the bus station. You will have some free time to buy snacks, water, and use the facilities to freshen up. Please note that this is a designated free time because all companies and tourist points are available from 10:30 a.m.

At 10:30 a.m., the tour will begin with a drive to the Uyuni Salt Flats. The first stop will be the intriguing “Train Graveyard” on the outskirts of Uyuni. Next, we will visit the small settlement of Colchani, where you can explore salt miners’ workshops and find unique handicrafts made of salt, llama, and alpaca wool. These make excellent souvenirs.

Afterwards, we will venture further into the Uyuni Salt Flats, where you will see salt water eyes, a hotel entirely made of salt (now a museum), flags of the world (you can bring your own flag and add it there for free), and a monument of Dakar racing. Located in Alto City at 4.100 m.a.s.l., Cholitas Luchadoras are women flighters that do a popular show, where flight rural women so they are dressed from typical hat, shirt with shawl, long skirts (polleras) and shoes. Inside of La Paz Departament exist a big proportion of indigenous people in which El Alto was born this is entertainment to people. Where each Thursday and Sunday we can enjoy this show together with family or friends. Enjoy this show with strong fighters  between women or men.

Itinerary:
Departure, we will pick you up from your hotel at 4:00 pm Later we will ascend to the Ciudad del Alto for 1 hour once we arrive at the Coliseum to enjoy the Show for approximately 2 hours, then we will return to the City of La Paz at 8:00 p.m.

Description

The mountain biking tour to Coroico starts early in the morning from La Paz city. Then go by transport to “La Cumbre” (1hr. from La Paz), which is the starting point at 4.700 m.a.s.l.

TOUR DESCRIPTION

Leg 1: This is a 22 km downhill on asphalt (tarmac) road. At the police checkpoint (after 45 min.) all tourists pay Bs. 50 for the entrance to the national park. This first section is for you to develop confidence and get used to the bike. Do not worry, the safety van is always behind the group and we have stops for water, photos and bike checks.

Leg2: “Death Road” about 10 Km. always in a compact group (safety first!!!) and also snack time with chocolate, fruit, and more.

Leg 3: About 32 Km. it starts with a waterfall splash!! Finally, the end of the tour is in Yolosa, so the next stop is in a hotel with showers, a swimming pool, and a lunch as well. At approximately 05:00 p.m. it´s time to go back to La Paz driving through the new road.

Charquini is a snowy destination located 39 km from La Paz city. Situated at an elevation of 5390 meters above sea level, Charquini is part of the Andes Royal Range, close to Huayna Potosi (6088 m.a.s.l.) and Chacaltaya (5400 m.a.s.l.). Its stunning landscapes on the Bolivian high plateau make it a wonderful place to visit, including beautiful colored lagoons. Visitors can also encounter wildlife such as llamas, alpacas, viscachas, and various bird species.

The journey to Charquini begins at 08:00 from La Paz city and takes approximately one and a half hours. Upon arrival by car, we embark on a hike that lasts another one and a half hours to reach the snowy peak. Once there, our guide will provide an explanation and we can fully enjoy the snow. Afterward, we return to the transportation and head back to La Paz city, arriving around 18:00.
